Proflio is provided by Z Studio. This policy explains how we handle information generated during your use. We adhere to:
No accounts; career profiles, resumes, avatars, API configurations, and Prompts are default saved only on your device; Z Studio does not operate a cloud database, nor does it relay your model requests.
1. What Information We Collect
We do not provide registration or login for Proflio, and we do not sync your career profile, resume, or avatar to Z Studio servers.
1.1 Information You Actively Provide and Save Locally

After uninstalling the app or clearing app data, the above content will be deleted, and we cannot restore it.
1.2 Information Sent Out of Device Only When Using AI Features
When performing JD Matching Analysis, Generate / Regenerate Resume, or Test Connection, the app sends requests via HTTPS to the self-configured OpenAI-compatible interface you have set up:
- Analysis / Generation: Job description, relevant career profile text for this task, and the current system Prompt
- Test Connection: Minimal probe request (without career profile) and API Key
We do not host default model channels, nor do we store these request contents on Z Studio servers. How third parties store or train models is subject to their own privacy policies.
1.3 Information We Do Not Collect
- Account, user ID, cloud-synced copies
- Advertising identifiers (IDFA), cross-app tracking
- Analytics tracking, crash/performance reporting SDKs
- Precise or coarse location (location or desired city is text you entered, no location API call used)
- Payment information, purchase history (not collected within the app; one-time purchase via App Store handled by Apple, no in-app purchases in this app)
Your avatar is not uploaded to our servers; therefore, the App Store privacy label does not list "photos" as a collected item.
2. Permission Explanation

Denying permissions does not affect browsing the library, generating (provided API Key is configured), or exporting; it may only prevent setting an avatar. You can revoke permissions anytime in system settings.
3. How We Use Information
- Display and edit your career profile and resume history locally
- Request matching analysis or resume generation from the AI interface you specify, based on your instructions
- Export/share PDF/DOCX when triggered by you
- Comply with legal and regulatory requirements
We do not sell your personal information, nor do we use resume content for ad targeting or cross-app tracking.
4. Third-party Services and Sharing

We do not share your career profile with advertising networks or data analytics providers. The only possible exceptions are: legal requirements or authorized government bodies; or if you voluntarily provide content to third parties.
One-time purchases, billing, refunds, and family sharing via App Store are handled by Apple according to its rules, independent of this app’s local data. This app has no subscriptions or in-app purchases.
Do not submit sensitive information to untrusted AI services. API Keys are stored only locally—please safeguard your device accordingly.
5. Storage, Transmission, and Security
- Career profiles, resumes, avatars, API configurations, and Prompts are default stored only locally (app local storage/files)
- Only when using AI features, related text is transmitted via HTTPS to your specified endpoint
- No network transmission or electronic storage can guarantee absolute security
- Changing devices, losing your device, or uninstalling the app may result in irreversible loss of local data; please back up important content yourself (e.g., exported resume files)
6. Retention and Deletion
- Local data persists with app installation; you can delete individual entries, resumes, or avatars within the app, or clear AI configuration / restore default Prompt
- Uninstalling or clearing app data deletes all locally stored content
- We cannot delete your career profile from the "cloud" because we do not store such data
- Content sent to third-party AI services is retained per that service’s policy
7. Your Rights and Control
Within applicable law, you may:
- Access and correct your career and personal information within the app
- Export your created resumes (PDF/DOCX)
- Delete partial or full local data
- Revoke camera/photo library permissions
- Stop using AI, or change/clear interface configurations
- Contact us regarding privacy issues

8. Children's Privacy
This app is intended for adult job seekers and career development, not for children under 13 (or higher age limit defined by your jurisdiction). We do not intentionally collect children’s personal information. If you believe this has occurred, please contact us.
9. Tracking and Advertising
We do not use third-party ad networks, nor do we track you across apps for advertising purposes via App Tracking Transparency (ATT). We do not sell personal data, nor do we use personal data for ad sharing.
10. International Processing
If you send AI requests to services located in other countries/regions, the related text may be processed there. Please review the service provider’s policy before configuring the interface.
11. Policy Updates
We may update this policy. Updates will be reflected by changing the "Last Updated" date on this page; major changes may be notified via in-app messages or other reasonable means. Continued use indicates your awareness of the updated policy; if you disagree, please stop using or uninstall the app.
